 For many years I practiced massage therapy within a chiropractic clinic. On every wall - truly - in that clinic were prints and posters depicting the benefits of chiropractic care. I wanted beautiful prints that respectfully depicted massage to hang on the walls in my treatment room; so I went looking in catalogues, stores and on-line, no such products existed. So in 1999 I founded Fingerprintz, to bring fine art prints and photos to the touch therapy field. It's been an amazing creative journey. We are committed to continue to bring you great photos; artwork and promotional tools that will grow your business at the same time as making it look great!
Have a look at our "Gallery" were you will see Fingerprintz hanging on the walls in my clinic and treatment rooms. We have had so many compliments; clients really positively relate to and connect with the images. We trust that you will want to make Fingerprintz a part of the tranquil, healing environment that you create for your clients.
Shoona graduated from CCMH in 1989 and continues to operate a successful massage therapy practice. She is also past member of the OMTA Executive committee; where she volunteered for one term as Director and two terms as Secretary. Shoona is a life long learner; a TT practitioner, a member of the International Registry of Bach Flower Remedy Practitioners and has taken many post graduate courses including: Literature (research) Review with Hamilton Health Sciences, Hot Stone Therapy, Fascia Release, NISA Basics, Easy Spa I & II, Cranial Sacral Therapy levels I - IV with Grace Chan etc….
In 2003 Shoona and Mary Avarello MBA founded Back2Back Marketing; a company that presents marketing and business development workshops for massage therapy and related fields. Mary and Shoona taught “Presenting Massage” at the 2004 OMTA annual conference. They presented their “Prosperous Massage” workshop at the AMTA annual conference in September 2005 and presented “How to Teach Basics” at the AMTA Council of Schools conference in in 2006.
